Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digital question-pack purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, buying the wrong pack, not using the pack, or an interview outcome. Review the product details and free samples before buying.
Digital purchases
Once a payment has been successfully captured and verified, access is delivered to the purchasing Kykloz account. You cannot cancel a completed digital purchase simply because you no longer want it. Access is for your personal use and is not transferable.
Payment or delivery problems
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges, access that was not delivered, materially misdescribed content, or a deficient service. We will investigate the payment and delivery records, restore access or correct the problem where appropriate, and provide any refund or other remedy required by law or the payment provider’s applicable rules.
A failed or pending payment is not a completed purchase. A bank debit can remain pending while the payment provider resolves its status; do not pay again until you have checked My Orders or contacted support.
Professional sessions
Our current professional-session flow records a booking request. Online payment through the Store is currently available only for digital question packs when checkout is enabled. Do not pay for an unconfirmed session. Any session fee, time, cancellation terms and rescheduling agreement must be confirmed before payment is requested. If the provider cancels or cannot deliver an agreed service, statutory rights remain unaffected.
How to report a problem
Use payment support or email support@kykloz.com with your order receipt, payment reference and a description of the problem. Never send card details, PINs, passwords or OTPs. We normally respond within two working days; timing for a payment reversal depends on the payment provider and bank.
