Digital delivery

Kykloz question packs are digital products. Nothing is physically shipped and there are no shipping charges.
When you receive access
After the payment provider confirms a captured payment and our server verifies it, the purchased packs appear in My Library and inside Prep for the account used at checkout. Access normally appears within a few minutes. A checkout message or a bank debit alone is not confirmation that payment has been captured.
Delayed access
If payment is successful but access has not appeared within 30 minutes, open My Orders and choose “Check payment / restore access”. Our recovery process also checks for missed payment updates. If it is still unresolved, contact support with your order and payment reference. Do not make another payment for the same order while it is being checked.
What you receive
You receive personal account access to the question-pack contents described on the product page at purchase. A guide download is available where the pack includes one. Your order record preserves the pack name, edition and price at purchase. We may correct or update the current guide; a subscription, a job offer or access to every future product is not included.
Receipts and professional sessions
Your payment receipt is available in My Orders after verified capture. Professional sessions require a separate confirmed appointment and meeting link; buying a question pack does not book a professional.
